On Saturday the 6th June 2026 in Kildare we’ll be holding a workshop focused on the use of technologies by regulatory Veterinarians.
The Racing Post reports a chorus of discontent and fear amongst trainers and the impact on the principle investors in the sport is hard to imagine especially as we’ve seen horses scratched by apps that went onto to prove their trainers opinions were more valuable eg. Jan Brueghel (IRE).
Delegates attending will take away practical knowledge about pre-race checks and how to pass them.
Highlights:
Workshop is provided by an expert who managed to turn around a last minute Jockey Club decision to scratch a Horse that went onto win at the Cheltenham Festival and will offer delegates the opportunity to:
> Get hands on with the apps being used to scratch horses
> Understand the new requirements are why they’re being introduced
> Learn about Tech you can use to prevent and avoid scratches.
> Lessons from the tech bans that were implemented by. the JCSA at the 2026 Saudi Cup
> How this fits with Agenda 2030
> Discover inexpensive tech that can help owners and trainers
> Discuss things you’re working on and ask questions.
