Cafre Equine Innovation Day

The CAFRE Equine Innovation Day on the 16th October 2018 (from 1130am-5pm) and is a free event showcasing new technologies, developments and innovation in the equine industry. The event will be relevant to horse owners, riders, instructors, coaches, breeders, business owners and many more and is completely FREE to attend and everyone is invited.

The day will showcase innovations and practices that are supported by scientific evidence and are key to driving the sector forwards including:

> Several keynote presentations on Equine Innovations from a range of different businesses and organisations including a presentation on ‘HorseTech’ by David Doherty (Curator of the HorseTech Market Report).

> Student and staff projects and exhibitors (including Bluegrass Horse Feed, BUA Sport, Cullen Equine Solutions, Dansk Bank, EFEC, Equilume, Equine MediRecord, Haylo HorseFeeder, Invest Northern Ireland, Pacefeeder, Shanaghan Veterinary Services, The Irish Equine Centre and The Irish Equine Rehabilitation & Fitness Centre) will be showcasing equine innovations in the main hall.

> Practical demonstrations in the campus’s Breeding, Racing and Equitation yards will be on provided by staff and students.
